Hp Pre Installed Programs Will Not Run

I just got a new HP a6532f Vista Desktop. I would like to know what programs that came pre-installed I will not need and can safely remove. I got the desktop from Circuit City and that will not tell me that without coming to my house and charing me something I feel is a bit too much.
Also is there a book or website that helps you to understand Vista and how to use it? https://lovelucky.netlify.app/epson-l800-printer-driver-for-windows-xp-free-download.html. I have a tool bar at the top and on the side. I don't know what I need and how to do things. This is way different from XP.
I also have two diffent calendars; one called Windows Calendar and another that is called Microsoft Works Calendar. I have gone to google.com and can't find any information on the differences between the two calendars. Can anyone help me with this? Let me know where to post this question if it's in the wrong forum.
I have one last question. Will the Vista Mail that came pre-installed work with items I downloaded onto a flash drive from my XP laptop? Someone told me I would have to buy the Microsoft Office in order for that to work. I just what to know if what I was told is true and if so how much is the Microsoft Office are the 6 month trial expires?
Thanks for the assistance,
Renee

Which pre installed programs should I delete on my new laptop? Ok, so I buy a nice new HP laptop and it comes with like a million preinstalled programs. I know that most are useless and/or unessasary and are clogging up my lovely new laptop. Some of the pre-installed branded programs, like photo and gaming apps, or those that duplicate Windows tools, are completely unnecessary. Others, such as driver/BIOS update utilities (like Lenovo System Update), are worth keeping around. Look in the Factory installed programs list for the software program you want to reinstall. If your software program is listed, select the title. If the program you want to reinstall is not listed, select The program is not in the list, and then click Next.

Hp elitebook 8560w drivers. I have no idea what I should go for. The Elitebook has a much better display and better build quality. But on the other hand the MBP is much less bulkier and has the ThunderBolt Port. I have been a Windows user for my whole life and buying a Mac only to run windows on it for the majority of the time just seems foolish. The biggest factor that drives me away from the MBP is OSX, i dont know if i will like it or not.
