Sep 14, 2015  Synaptics Touchpad PS/2 Port problems in windows 10 I have a HP Pavilion dv6-2150us. The touchpad works and so do the left and right buttons, but the scrolling and 'one click' features no longer work. I can see the touchpad in my Device Manager (says it is working properly), and both Windows Update and the Update Driver function within the Device Manager -> Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad -> Update Driver Software. Say that the driver is up-to-date.
